Dapplegrey 2.3.2 - Fixes with graphics and MIDI issues when adding new games
In Versions 2.3 and 2.3.1, while adding new games, the machine= variable (a.k.a. the Graphic mode) as well as the MIDI settings has not been set correctly.
Their value has been set to an empty value automatically, unless you´ve altered them manually.
DOSBox switches to its standard value in this case. In this Dapplegrey update, when loading the games list at the app start, this update reviews all entries,
finds the empty values and will set them to their standard value.
