CDRMooby v2.8

Mal wieder was ganz anderes. Der CD Plug-In für PSX Emus CDRMooby wurde aktualisiert. Wie immer gibts es eine Version für Windows und Linux sowie den Sourcecode zum Download.

- adds a new caching mode for those of you with large amounts of RAM. when enabled at maximum, it will cache about 110MB of CD data. try it out...
- a new "Enable subchannel data" option lets you turn on/off subchannel data for those games that do/don't like it (THPS2 works better with subchannel data off for example)
- more random subchannel fixes
- lots of other changes i can't remember doing, mostly because i made those changes several months ago.
