Updates from previous release:

Fix device reset when hiding/hiding with HID Guardian on 32-bit app and 64-bit Windows.
Fix HID Guardian driver version report by filtering installed drivers only.
Updated HidGuardian to 1.14
Fixing XInput library loading/unloading.
Change debug mode on old app.
Fix Save/Synchronize DLL/INI folder when administrative permissions are needed.
Fix CPU usage when application is minimised. Use more logical way to refresh all states on another thread.
