Eine neue Entwicklungsversion der Open Source Implementierung des Windows API für Linux namens Wine, ist erschienen.
A new development version of Wine, an Open Source implementation of the Windows API on top of X and Unix, has been released.

The Wine development release 1.5.15 is now available.
What´s new in this release:
Full support for layered windows.
New version of the Gecko engine based on Firefox 16.
Support for broadcast sockets used by networked games.
Downloaded add-ons installers are now cached.
Support for persistent Internet cookies.
String optimizations in JavaScript.
Various bug fixes.
The source is available now. Binary packages are in the process of being built, and will appear soon at their respective download locations.

Entwicklungsversion ist im technischen Englisch vollkommen legales Wort.
Weiter Möglichkeiten wären: Entwicklungsstand, Revision oder einfach Version |

Wir haben bis auf die letzten 3 News ganz normal Version geschrieben. Wäre dafür, das sin der nächsten Clone News wieder abzuändern.
Da ich allerdings WINE nicht im RSS Feed habe, müsste das halt einer der anderen machen, die darüber berichten, daher habe ich es in den Kommentaren angesprochen. |
