SSNES
- Fixes for netplay

OpenGL to be disabled with --disable-opengl.

- Add timing support for FFmpeg recording. Allows implementations to
accurately report their internal rates.

- Add --bsvrecord. Allow recording from the get-go.
- Still record audio even if audio is disabled.

output "duped" frames (NULL frame). Freeing resources slightly when recording with i.e. FFmpeg.
SSNES-Phoenix
- Add copyAll() to Phoenix [AlexFolland].
- Enforce matroska extension for movie recording.
- SSNES-Phoenix can now load zipped roms (single file).
- Add scrollbars to log.
- Update BSV recording options to reflect new model in SSNES.
- Use proper icon in *nix.
