Yeah, you are right.
It's probably because of the server move AEP did some time ago.
I will talk to retroK about it.

As MasterPhW mentioned, we have switched servers and CVS-Compile is still on our todo-list.
You can however access most of the site (some things still broken) using this URL: http://www.aep-emu.de/cvscompile/ |
