Eine neue Version des Multiple Arcade Machine / Console und Computer Emulators MAME wurde veröffentlicht. Das sind die Neuerungen in der aktuellen Version. 


A new version of the Multiple Arcade Machine / Console and Computer emulator MAME has been released. These are the changes.

Ich habe gerade erst realisiert, dass MAMEUI tatsächlich eingestellt wurde.
Jetzt muss ich mich wohl nach einer Alternative umsehen.

Oh nein! Das ist echt schade; das war auch die UI meiner Wahl. Crying or Very sad

Andererseits klebe ich eh noch an Version 0.197, weil DEmul kein neueres ROM-Set unterstützt. Was ich dabei wirklich nicht vermisse, ist die Update-Prozedur - die fand ich selbst mit ClrMamePro recht aufwendig.

Ich muss zugeben dass die mangelhafte bis nicht vorhandene Skalierung von MAMEUI ein zunehmendes Ärgernis geworden ist.
Ich werde mir als Alternative jetzt mal das Frontend NegaMAME ansehen, welches ja regelmäßig aktualisiert wird und einen sehr modernen Eindruck macht.
