sorry I mistakenly released a debug build for the win32 release, and for some reason it seems to freeze when a fight starts (or maybe crash on some setups).
Anyway, I have released another binary, neoraine-1.1.6-2.zip, try it and let me know if it works…

Just to be on the safe side : a quick walkthrough of the hp cheat :
start a game, I took the character on the left (blue haired).
Pass the dialogs, arrive on the map
start a fight
get hit
press alt-c to call the cheats dialog
press right arrow to turn the hp cheat to on
press esc to quit the cheats
your hp is back to max
