The best change, well atleast for those users experiencing it is a small change Kode54 applied to the GB_APU which has so far cleared up the issues in games using wave ram(Channel 3)
A few of these games come to mind, Mario and luigi super star saga, Telefang 2, Megaman battlenetwork, and im sure there are many more which had issues previously.
