DCnanoreseau is an emulator for Windows
Thomson MO5 connected to nanoréseau Léanord.
It consists of two separate programs:
- DCnanoserveur emulates the server nanoréseau.
- DCnanomo5 emulates the computers.


General principles
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
- DCnanoserveur rotates in a shared directory
a PC, if possible networking with other PCs.
It accesses two directories simulating the dis -
quettes A and B: the central nanoréseau.
- DCnanomo5 is started one or more times, on
the same PC, or better on several other PC
network. Each of these programs must have access
shared directory DCnanoserveur.
- Communication between the posts and the central
is through file sharing
Pxx.NR3 or xx is the number of posts, from 1 to 31.
These files are created by each item in the
directory dcnanoserveur.exe


Installation
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
- On the PC server, create a shared directory.
Put dcnanoserveur.exe in this directory.
- Create a directory "system" and a directory
"work". For example subdirectories A
and B directory dcnanoserveur.exe, but
it is not imperative.
- Put the files from the diskette A: In the
directory system, and files of
floppy B: the "work".
You can use the supplied test Thursday
dcnanoreseau with, or your own files.
The "system" must contain at least
NR3.DAT files and MENU.MO5. In general
it also contains BASIC.MO5, LSE.MO5, NRDOS.MO5,
LOGO.MO5 and LOGORAM.MO5
- On other PCs on the network (if not the same)
Create separate directories, and in each
put the file directory dcnanomo5.exe


Configuration
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
- Launch DCnanoserveur and choose both
directories (system and work) emulating the
Disk A and B. Subdirectories A and B
are selected by default.
- Start each DCnanomo5. In the menu
Options / Settings ... select the file
Pxx.NR3 exchange. This file is required
in the directory dcnanoserveur.exe
A first use, it does not exist, it
must create it. Do not use
twice the same number of posts, and limit -
you imperative to slice 01 to 31.


Warnings
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
1) DCnanoreseau is distributed without any warranty.
The current version emulates only primitive
essential. It allows a limited operation.
Others will be added in primitive versions
future.

2) To make your nanoréseau emulated,
Refer to the documentation and that Léanord
software. One part is already available on the
DCMOTO site, and will be completed gradually.

3) In case of difficulty, you can expose your
problem in the discussion forums thomsoni
frequented by the author.
