Re-wrote timing routine resulting in lower CPU usage shown above. Display depth no longer hard coded now selects lowest screen depth available.

Rewrote and optimized binary rotation instructions.
Rewrote and optimized "exclusive-or" instructions.
Console buttons now latched before Vertical refresh fixing games that couldn´t recognize the consoles start button

baseball - should be in lo-res mode, sprites are wrong, doesn´t play

basketball - should be in lo-res, plays poorly.

bowling - background doesn´t line up with foreground

capture- background doesn´t line up

circus- horizontal scrolling skipped every second frame

crazyclimbr - doesn´t play

funky fish - odd garbage characters here and there on screen

golf - screen mode not yet implemented rom file needs replacement

grand slam - screen mode not yet implemented and doesn´t play

horseracing- doesn´t start, Screen V offset outside of display area.

jungler - layer and objects don´t move when game starts

missile war- missiles go in wrong direction

nibble men - objects move at wrong speeds

parashoot - "presp" instead of "press"

red clash - noise sound channel doesn´t turn off

route 16 - doesn´t play

soccer - doesn´t play

spacemissn - game stops

spaceraider - doesn´t display title screen and plays incorrectly

spacesquad - background doesn´t line up with foreground

star chess - screen mode unimplemented

supermacrs - doesn´t play
