So, I'm back again, still fighting with the same program. To see the old topic, put 'mJavaBoy' in the search of this forum.. The thing is, that the last time I tried, I think there was no test rom. Now, the test rom works. Then I open 'Cut.bat', browse around and 'open' the rom. Then the dos window flickers a bit and has rom.0, rom.1, rom.2, etc. and the mJavaBoy.jar changes the size. The problem is that my mobile phone (Nokia 7600) says something like 'File invalid' (can't know excactly, finnish). No matter wich on/off the 16kb thingie(whatever that means..)
Also some amazing things: Nokia 9210 ran the emulator slowest! Only good thing was it would fit the screen great. Def. keys would be a pro for 9210's usability. Gotta try other roms on 9210 now... Only midp 1.0 mode worked. 7650, well, a little better. Not too good neither. midp 1.0 only. Nokia 7600, getting better! Not much problems for the kind of playability. Buttons kind of weird to use.. Def. keys please!
Sorry for bad english |
