Das hängt von Deinem Client ab und daher musst Du dafür extra recherchieren.

Bei Miranda z.B. könnte ich wahrscheinlich einen symbolischen Link auf die entsprechende Profil.dat legen, aber da das Miranda-Verzeichnis bei mir sowieso nur (dank der ZIP-Distributionsvariante) so entpackt auf einer anderen Partition liegt ist selbst dies unnötig. Installiere außer Treiber etc. sowieso kaum Programme in das Standard-Programmverzeichnis ("C:\Programme") der Systemplatte, sondern lieber auf eine eigene Partition bzw wie oben bereits genannt ich entpack alles einfach nur, dann brauch ich diese nach Betriebssystemrefresh nicht neuinstallieren da keine Registryeinträge etc. nötig

@Falcone: Ich denke das ist eh das beste. Gar nix erst auf C machen.

Nochwas zu Thunderbird

Hab da wieder ein paar Problemchen mit der Kontenanlegung gehabt. Wenn ich Thunderbird deinstalliere und dann wieder frisch draufmache bleibt da manches trotzdem bestehen. Das liegt sicher an dem Kram in den Anwendungsdateien. Kann ich den Krempel dort einfach löschen, um mal wieder auf Null zu kommen, oder kann das was im System anrichten?

EDIT: hat sich erledigt, habs schon getestet.
