mein visualboy avance läuft viel zu schnell mit mehr als 200 ( ich benutze nicht die speedtaste) warum läuft der so schnell? ich will das er wieder mit 100 läuft

Hast du unter Options -> Emulator bei Speed up Toggle ein Häckchen?

Benutz du den VBA (VisualBoyAdvance)?
Wenn du den benutzt, dann geh unter Options > Frame skip > Throttle > No Throttel
Dann müsste der normal 100 laufen.
