Starting with this version, I am enabling automatic frame skip control and hardware video acceleration by default. These two features should provide everyone with the fast, smooth gameplay video. Also fixed a bunch of rather important issues (that previously broke auto frame skip) and added full support for iPega gamepads.

• Added support for directional pad on iPega gamepads.
  
• Switched to hardware accelerated video by default, for fast video.
  
• Switched to automatic frameskipping by default, for smooth video.
  
• Existing users should manually enable the "Hardware Video Acceleration" option and set "Draw Frames" to "Automatic".
  
• Fixed initial parameter passing to the native code.
  
• Fixed automatic frame skip computation based on frame rate.
  
• Added explicit "Quit" menu option, for people who cannot find BACK key.
  
• No longer hiding action bar when MENU pressed, to retain access to items.
  
• Ordered initial dialogs by importance (About, Change Log, Progress).
  
• Added Twitter link to the change log, use it to keep track of updates.
  
• Fixed a nasty crash in the Record/Replay icon display.
