Bei MAME die Datei neogeo.zip ins ROM Verzeichnis kopieren. Nehme mal an dass das in Nebula auch so ist, keine Ahnung ob du dein neogeo ROM umbenennen musst? Benutze Nebula nicht.

Nein muss man nicht umbenennen, es heißt auch in Nebula neogeo.zip.
Ich würde btw auch eher zu MAME raten.
