I've released the free VGBA 5.6 for Windows and Linux this weekend. The Windows version has got support for multiple monitors, better full-screen mode selection, and a fix for the window flicker that showed up after the recent Win10 updates. The Linux version now uses PulseAudio sound by default, so you do not have to mess with the /dev/dsp simulation. See below for all the changes.

Added multiple monitor support to VGBA-Windows.
Fixed disappearing window in VGBA-Windows.
Fixed best full-screen mode detection in VGBA-Windows.
Fixed window flicker that appeared after recent Win10 updates.
Switched VGBA-Linux to using PulseAudio sound.
Updated old PulseAudio driver for 64bit Linux.

Also, VGBAnext for Android, which includes support for both GBA and GBC games, is still on sale until the end of this week.
