Release v1.42 (only for Mednafen 0.9.14 series)
This release have more bugfix you can update from MedGui pressing updater button (no file attached this time).

Unfortunately i´m the only one to act as testers and my knowledge of programming is not very good, if you encounter problems please report them to this topic.

Changelog v1.42:

- Add correct parameter in md.region and md.reported_region (extract it from mednafen 0.9.15 wip documentation), useful to set emulate rom region in megadrive/genesis mode.
- Fixed a erroneous creation in erroneous path of "temp" folder for medgui update (was not fixed in window xp os).

- If you swap from simple mode to advance mode and return in simple mode, the system console cue file not recognize correctly
NB: pce_fast option work with configuration file, but not work with Mednafen 0.9.X (i think this is a bug from Mednafen)
