Thanks to the original author MJavaBoy, I received the source code and started a sourceforge.net free project. The source code is currently on the SVN repository

http://sourceforge.net/projects/j2meboy

Please some advertisement so that possibly more developers will join and help out; also testers maybe needed in future.
