The multi system emulator WinArcadia for Windows and AmiArcadia for AmigaOS has been updated.

- wa: fixed: FPS gadget wasn´t always refreshed properly when eg. resizing the window.

- incorporated Samir´s latest Italian translation.
- arcadia: added knowledge about sync_example.bin.
- aa: if we load the images from the real AISS package, we now set the transparency flag (so we get grey backgrounds instead of pink).
- aa: now it doesn´t assume the OK and Cancel glyphs are the same height.
- aa: rewrote sound subsystem to use AHI instead of audio.device (also fixes broken sound subsystem bug).
- incorporated Damaso´s latest Spanish translation.
- incorporated Stefan´s latest German translation.
- fixed: config files had the path embedded twice.
- for the DOKE command, you can now give a label for both addresses.
- wa: opcodes subwindow now shows extra information (as a tooltip).
- wa: improved monitor graphics.
