Virtual Jaguar WIP Fix

Da brauche sie ewig um mal eine WIP Version von Virtual Jaguar zu veröffentlichen, dann wird ein paar Stunden später gleich in Fix nachgeschoben, weil man Probleme mit Spielen die das Jaguar Bios benötigen festgestellt hat.

Seems that some games need the bios to run properly (Brutal Sports Football, International Sensible Soccer, and Rayman). Note that you will need the bios to be placed in a file called "jagboot.rom" in the "bios" directory.

Also note that Double dragon 5 is working, but you have to press A for 1-2 seconds during the title screen. Ultra Vortek support is broken for a yet unknown reason.

Note that Button A is mapped to Q on Qwerty keyboards. sorry. Remember this is NOT a release, but a WIP
