PDRoms.de started a new PDRom Coding Competition.
Your goal is to create a puzzle / logic game for one (or more) of the following platforms: Atari 2600, Coleco Vision, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Game Gear, IntelliVision, Master System, Neo Geo Pocket, Neo Geo Pocket Color, Nintendo Entertainment System, Odyssey2, Wonderswan, Wonderswan Color, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Genesis/Megadrive, Gameboy Advance, Nintendo 64, PC Engine, Sega 32x, Sega CD and Vectrex.
So get ready, have a look at the rules and start coding ;) Thanks to Kojote for the info.

Seit dem heutigen frühen Nachmittag ist sind die mame.net-Boards ohne Angabe von genaueren Gründen dauerhaft geschlossen. Nach dem offiziellen Umzug auf MAMEDev war dies jedoch abzusehen, da mame.net schon längerfristig nicht mehr die offizielle Seite darstellte.

collecting documentation about older and newer consoles, handheld
systems, and computers which could be useful for emulating these
systems or writing games for them.
We already have 283 documents for 27 systems, and are often adding
additional ones.

Zufällig bin ich vorhin beim Surfen im Netz auf das Retro Gamer Magazin gestoßen.
Dabei handelt es sich um ein gedrucktes Magazin (also eine richtige Zeitung und kein E-Mag). Die Thematik ist natürlich primär Retro Gaming, dabei werden besonders die Systeme aus der Commodore Ära behandelt, wie zum Beispiel die Acorns, der Speccy und natürlich auch die diversen Produkte aus dem Hause Commodore.

Früher gab es bereits diverse Bilder auf Guru's Model 3 WIP Page zu sehen, aber das war höchst inofiziell. Als sehr wohl ofiziell darf sich jedoch die WIP Site auf System16.com bezeichnen. Und das seit Anfang des Jahres... ;) Zu einem Release gibt es keine neuen Angaben, auch auf der ofiziellen Seite heißt es: "The emulator will be released when it's done.." (kommt uns das nicht bekannt vor? ;)

Es gibt endlichmal wieder neues von Zophar's Domain, naemlich was
neues vom Download Archiv: 6 neue Cheats, 2 neue GBA Saves, ein
neuer SPC (SNES) Soundtrack, 6 neue SRM (SNES) Savestates sowie
1 Save für den Wonderswan. Genaueres findet Ihr im erw. Text.
Weiterhin gibt es mit dem Archiven für Sega CD BRM Files (Batery Saves
für SEGA CD Spiele, funzen mit Gens und Ages) und dem VirtuaNES
VCT Archive (Cheat Files für VirtuaNES) gleich zwei neue Sektionen.
Letztere besitzt gleich zum Start 200 (!) Einträge.
