Changes since 0.7.7
-------------------
* Converted to use an XML file to define all ROMs and their metadata as well as M1-specific information.
This is huge for maintainability and makes the code much smaller on disk (in memory size should be
similar to before).
* Added SHA1 hash checking to help guard against forged CRCs.
* Fixed long-standing error with normalization state getting stuck across songs and games
* Added support for Taito Gladiator
* Many Taito F3 System games now use hoot-style command lookup out of the game´s program ROMs.
This means among other things that .lst files for these games are now invalid and that
sound effects from these games can now be played (not just music).
* 68000 CPU core updated to MAME´s latest. This appears to improve the Taito F3 hang behavior,
or at least make it happen much less often.
