Das Frontend Negatron soll das Starten von Computer und Konsolenspielen innerhalb von MAME vereinfachen.

The frontend Negatron makes it easier to start comuter and console games within MAME.

Application:
- Added a window about detailed statistics on MAME, accessible from the statistics button in the middle of the main button bar.
- Added a popup giving the details of the cache update status, showing up when the mouse pointer is placed on the loading animation appearing on the right corner of the main button bar.
- Tweaked the behaviour of the status cache: before, the caches for machine statuses and software statuses had to be generated before being both saved, now they're saved separately.
- Updated the management of the folder view pane so that Negatron remembers the folder view selection from one run to another.
- Updated the vsync setting management in the global configuration pane so that the triple buffering option doesn't appear to Linux and mosOS users as it's a Windows native only MAME option.
