fMSX-Android, VGB for Android, Speccy for Android, iNES-Android Released, ColEm-Android, MasterGear for Android, VGBA for Windows and Linux and VGBAnext.

Zitat:
fMSX-Android 4.2.7 Released
I´ve published fMSX-Android 4.2.7 today. Today´s release replaces the background image with a nicer one, adds new icon for fMSX-Deluxe, to distinguish it from the free version, and makes sure emulation states are saved to /sdcard/fMSX, if your Android prevents fMSX from saving them to external SD card.
  • Added new background image, nicer and with no gaps.
  • Added new icon for fMSX-Deluxe, to differentiate from fMSX.
  • Now automatically creating /sdcard/fMSX if missing.
  • When fMSX cannot write SD card, it will save to /sdcard/fMSX.

VGB 4.7.3 for Android
The next VGB-Android 4.7.3 release is ready for download. For this release, I have updated the backdrop image, so that it properly connects to the bottom of GameBoy screen. You can also have custom per-game backdrops: if you have Game.gb, place custom backdrop into Game.back.png in the same folder. On devices, where Android does not let apps write to the external SD card, VGB will now create /sdcard/VGB folder and use it for saving game states.
  • Added new, nicer backdrop image in portrait mode.
  • You can have custom backdrop for each game in Game.back.png.
  • Changed the backdrop rendering, removing the gap below the screen.
  • Now automatically creating /sdcard/VGB if missing.
  • When VGB cannot write SD card, it will save to /sdcard/VGB.

Zitat:
Speccy 3.8.4 for Android
The new Speccy-Android 3.8.4 is out tonight. It adds a separate icon to Speccy-Deluxe and tones down the portrait mode background image. It will also automatically create /sdcard/Speccy and save there if your external SD card cannot be written.
  • Toned down background image, so that it does not interfere with controls.
  • Added new icon for Speccy-Deluxe, to differentiate from Speccy.
  • Now automatically creating /sdcard/Speccy if missing.
  • When Speccy cannot write SD card, it will save to /sdcard/Speccy.

Zitat:
iNES-Android 4.3.10 Released
iNES-Android 4.3.10 is now online and ready for download. Changes include the new backdrop image, as well as ability to make custom backdrops for each game. Also, on devices that prevent apps from writing to external SD card (Kitkat+), iNES will automatically create "iNES" folder on the internal storage and save your gameplay there.
  • Added new, nicer backdrop image in portrait mode, with no gaps.
  • You can have custom backdrop for Game.nes in Game.nes.back.png.
  • Typical backdrop size is 640x800, bottom part may go off-screen.
  • Now automatically creating /sdcard/iNES if missing.
  • When iNES cannot write SD card, it will save to /sdcard/iNES.

Zitat:
ColEm-Android 3.4.6 Released
Tonight´s ColEm-Android 3.4.6 adds support for per-game backdrop images and a new icon to differentiate between deluxe and free versions.
  • You can have custom backdrop for Game.cv in Game.cv.back.png.
  • Typical backdrop size is 640x800, bottom part may go off-screen.
  • Changed backdrop rendering algorithm to the top alignment.
  • Added new icon for ColEm-Deluxe, to differentiate from ColEm.

Zitat:
MasterGear 3.4.3 for Android
I have updated MasterGear-Android to version 3.4.3, adding support for per-game custom backgrounds. You may use a .PNG image of any size for the background, although I usually use 640x800. The bottom part of the background will go off screen, as needed.
  • You can have custom backdrop for Game.sms in Game.sms.back.png.
  • Typical backdrop size is 640x800, bottom part may go off-screen.

Zitat:
VGBA 5.0 for Windows and Linux
I have just released VGBA 5.0, a new version of my GameBoy Advance emulator, for Windows and Linux. The new release changes sound rendering algorithms, fixing the sound in Super Puzzle Fighter 2, International Karate, and other games. Sound rendering is also faster now. The Windows version adds options for selecting 64kB/128kB FlashROM type and makes sure that the automatic type selection overrides, but does not change user settings. If you would like to use your own settings, uncheck the "Guess Hardware" option.
  • Now rendering remaining samples when direct sound channel disabled.
  • Now playing all rendered samples at the end of a video frame.
  • Fixed direct sound with rates close to 22kHz (Super Puzzle Fighter 2).
  • Fixed melodic sound when wave sound is off (International Karate).
  • Removed "Direct Sound Off" option from built-in menu and VGBA-Windows.
  • Added "64kB FlashROM"/"128kB FlashROM" options to VGBA-Windows.
  • Made sure "Guess Hardware" does not mess user-selected storage options.
  • When guessing hardware, default to 6bit EEPROM, 64kB FlashROM.

Zitat:
VGBAnext 1.4 Released
The new VGBAnext 1.4, based on the recently released VGBA 5.0, is now available online. This version once again changes sound rendering algorithms, making sound rendering faster and fixing sound in Super Puzzle Fighter 2 in the process.
  • Based on the recently released VGBA 5.0 sources.
  • Fixed direct sound with rates close to 22kHz (sound in Super Puzzle Fighter 2).
  • Now rendering remaining samples when sound DMA gets disabled.
  • Now playing all rendered samples at the end of a video frame.
  • Improved overall emulation performance.
  • Made GBA backdrop image shorter.
