Um auf die Frage aber trotzdem noch zu antworten, ganz klar PCSX2.

sehe ich auch so, was macht es für einen unterschied ob schon bei wenigen änderungen eine neue version releast wird (bsp. Ssf,bsnes) oder nur alle paar jahre mit vielen änderungen(bsp. Dosbox) .

Diese Umfrage soll sich auch nicht auf die Qualität der Aktualisierungen beziehen, sondern eben auf die Quantität. Nicht umsonst gibt es eine weitere Umfrage, die den Fortschritt der Emulatoren zum Thema hat.
